5 New Monkeypox Cases In Virginia

The Virginia Department of Health announced 5 additional monkeypox cases on Wednesday. The cases were in the northern, eastern ans southwestern parts of the state. A total of 8 cases have been recorded since last month. Multiple countries are currently experiencing a monkeypox outbreak. Few hospitalizations and one death have been reported globally thus far. As of last week the CDC reported just over 170 cases in the United States.
