25 Graduate From Northern Neck Master Gardeners Program

Twenty-five people recently graduated from the Northern Neck Master Gardeners program, marking the culmination of their nine-week journey to become Master Gardener interns. The program provided comprehensive training on horticultural and environmental topics. Field trips to local landmarks enriched their learning experience. After completing 50 hours of volunteer service, these interns will now earn certification as Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners. The program, held biennially, offers both classroom instruction and hands-on volunteering, with the next session scheduled for February 2026.
