2 LCSO Dispatchers Given Awards For CPR Coaching

2 Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers were recognized for coaching callers on how to perform CPR. According to the Rappahannock Record Dawn Thompsen and Julie Campbell received Life Saver awards from assistant communications supervisor Heather Jenkins. Dawn aided a woman whose father became unresponsive while Julie coached an agitated caller, encouraging them to continue with CPR until the rescue squad arrived.
