    MINERAL, Va. (AP) – Dominion Energy has begun the process of trying to renew its license to operate its North Anna nuclear power plant. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reported Monday that Dominion has notified the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission of its intention.       RICHMOND, Va. (AP) – Discount carrier Spirit Airlines will soon be offering service from Richmond to two Florida cities. The airline announced Tuesday that it will begin offering daily nonstop service in March between Richmond International Airport and both Ft.
