    TOPPING, Va. (AP) – State and federal authorities are investigating a single-engine plane crash in Middlesex County that killed the pilot and injured a passenger.     RADFORD, Va. (AP) – U.S. District Judge James Turk has died. He was 91. Alex Davis with De Vilbiss Funeral Home says Turk died Sunday at his home in Radford.
