    Attor­ney Gen­eral Mark Her­ring announced Vir­ginia will get just over $350,000 from a set­tle­ment with AT&T. The $105 mil­lion multi state set­tle­ment was announced Wednes­day after alle­ga­tions that the com­pany unlaw­fully billed wire­less cus­tomers for tens of mil­lions of dol­lars in bogus charges.
