    WALLOPS ISLAND, Va. (AP) – A rocket for the Department of Defense has been launched from NASA’s Wallops Island Flight Facility. NASA says the Terrier-Lynx suborbital rocket was launched at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. The launch had been postponed several times.
