    FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) – A Richmond woman has been sentenced for embezzling from a residential substance abuse facility in Fredericksburg. Marlene Kae McCary received a 40-year sentence with all but four years suspended on Monday in Fredericksburg Circuit Court.
