    RICHMOND, Va. (AP) – More than 100,000 Virginia birth certificates have been purchased at the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles since the option became available one year ago. All 75 DMV customer service centers and five mobile DMV offices now provide Virginia birth certificates.     WAYNESBORO, Va. (AP) – The Wildlife Center of Virginia is asking hunters for help in preventing wildlife lead poisoning.
