    FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) – Fredericksburg police have identified two men who were fatally stabbed during a fight in a shopping center parking lot. Police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe says 29-year-old Anthony Carter of Albany, Georgia, and 30-year-old Mac Hughes of Hampton died at Mary Washington Hospital following the fight.
