    On Mon­day evening at around 8, the Northum­ber­land County Sheriff’s Office got a call about shots fired in the Brown’s Store area.     RICHMOND, Va. (AP) – Nearly 80 percent of Virginia public schools have earned full accreditation after meeting state benchmarks.
